    Reporter at Boston Globe Media

One of my favorite parts of working at Boston Globe Media is hitting the streets to find interesting people doing innovative things all over the place. Today's story is about a couple of Weymouth buddies, Shawn Ward and matt kelcourse, who were investing in commercial real estate and wanted to add an EV charging station at one of their properties. It was quite an odyssey, particularly given the constraints of the local electrical grid and a long persisting shortages of transformers. In this case, a battery-based EV charger from Electric Era saved the day. https://lnkd.in/d36rambZ
