    Why I Love Working for Spartan Capital Group: A Personal Perspective Reflecting on my journey over the last 6 years, the flexibility and work/life balance at Spartan Capital Group stand out as unparalleled. In previous roles, I often found myself torn between work and family commitments, constantly battling guilt when I couldn't be there for my kids' events. I would leave my home at 5:30 am & get home at 7pm, five days per week. Joining Spartan Capital Group changed everything. I’ve had the privilege of coaching my son's basketball teams for the last four years, attending every game and practice without a care in the world. He graduated this year and his last game was a state championship victory. Being able to share that experience with him was priceless, and I wouldn't trade it for anything. Golf, my recreational passion, used to be a rare treat squeezed into a packed schedule after work or on weekends. Now, I enjoy it regularly, finding peace and exercise on the course. I’ve even integrated it into my summer routine, proving that work can coexist harmoniously with personal interests. Financially, we are thriving. I have earned as much, if not more, than I ever did in my past positions, but now it's on my own terms. The autonomy and freedom to design my work plan have been game-changers, allowing me to succeed professionally without sacrificing personal happiness.
