    As we continue Kellogg Australia’s centenary year celebrations, we spotlight Steve Gilmer, a Computerised Maintenance Management System Account Manager at Kellanova’s Corporate Headquarters in the United States. Steve is the great grandson of machinery specialist, Morris Raymer who was tasked with travelling from the US to Australia to set up the first Australian production of Kellogg’s cereal at Kellogg’s Chippendale plant in Sydney, NSW. Kellanova has been a big part of Steve’s life as most of his family followed in Raymer’s footsteps and have called Kellanova home for most of their working lives. We thank Steve for sharing a glimpse into his family’s life with Kellanova – including Raymer’s journey to launch Kellogg’s Corn Flakes on Aussie Soil as we celebrate this special 100-year milestone. #LifeAtK

    Our Cheez-It team has been BUSY these past few months--from the Cheez-It Citrus Bowl, to the Cheez-In Diner, to our larger-than-life Taco Bell collaboration. There’s no denying it: you all Want it. Need it. Cheez-It. And that’s why Ad Age has named #CheezIt in its 2024 America’s Hottest Brands list. It’s the only snack brand among a list of 20 incredible power players, and it’s an extra toasty example of how our differentiated brands are helping us become the world’s best-performing snacks-led powerhouse.

This insight is just one of many uncovered in a new, Kellanova-commissioned survey released today. We asked 3,500 students and employed adults in 6 countries what was most important to them when deciding the best workplace and role. Making an impact, workplace flexibility and career development are universally top motivating factors.     Working together with our customer and supplier to help produce sustainably grown wheat that’s grown, milled, baked, and sold in the same state? That’s what we’re trying to do! We’re partnering with Ahold Delhaize USA and Bartlett on a unique farm-to-store program in #NorthCarolina that will: 👨🌾🌾 Support wheat farmers as they adopt #regenag practices 🧀🧀 Eventually incorporate the sustainably grown wheat into the #CheezIt and Club crackers we produce in our Cary, NC, facility 🏭🚚 Ultimately help decrease Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions across our supply chain This is a first-of-its-kind program for Kellanova.
