The results of the 3DE model across schools nationwide speak for themselves: reduced absenteeism, higher graduation rates, and improved performance on state assessments, just to mention a few https://lnkd.in/gHy2DkQB. This wouldn't be possible without the incredible support of our business partners who help make learning more relevant and engaging for the students. Today, we want to celebrate the PNC team for supporting students at Sterling Aviation and Austin High Schools this year and for launching the PNC case challenge in Houston for the first time! A big thank you to the coaches and judges Guillermo Martinez, Patrice "Nicole" Roy, Melissa Brown, Karen Lewis, M.A., Rebeca Osuno, Ronnie Moore, Tram Pham, and Gwendolyn Yvonne Ealoms to our awesome champions, Vicky Solis and Aaron Bowers, and to JA board member Guillermo Martinez for being hands-on in supporting the students as a coach and judge!

A huge Thank You to Stellar Bank bowlers for their enthusiastic participation in the "Under the Sea" Trivia Bowl. Despite being a small team of just 30 employees, they raised an astounding $13,000! Stellar Bank has generously pledged to match this amount, pushing their fundraising total to over double their initial goal! Much appreciation to Martha Jordan for her outstanding coordination of the event. In 2023, Martha earned our "Rising Star Award" in her first year and continued to shine brightly in this year's Trivia Bowl. We also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Bob Franklin, Stellar Bank's Board Chairman, and JA Board Member, for joining in the celebration and for matching the funds raised. Your support is invaluable and deeply appreciated! #ThankYou #StellarBank #UnderTheSeaTriviaBowl #CommunitySupport

A big thank you to Delta Air Lines for supporting 3DE schools with a challenging and real business case; and kudos to the GEICO team for coaching and judging the students for the second year in a row! What an amazing end to a fulfilling and rewarding year! With the 2023-24 academic year coming to a close, the JA Company Program banquet, presented by EY, was an amazing event that rallied everyone together to celebrate the accomplishments of the JA Company Program's student-led businesses. Surrounded by cherished Board members, stakeholders, volunteers, educators, students, and community partners, we express deep gratitude for the steadfast support over the years that has made the #JACompanyProgram what it is today. Thank you to our incredible sponsors for supporting the banquet and pioneering youth entrepreneurship. We are grateful for JA Board Company EY for their continued commitment to the JA Company Program as our Presenting Sponsor of the banquet and the Entrepreneur of the Year Program Scholarship Award, as well as to the Houston Christian University for serving as our gracious banquet hosts. East West Bank re-shaped our Company of the Year Competition, and the Black Employee Network at Baker Hughes nurtured the program throughout the school year and was a key stakeholder in our banquet. Finally, the #JACompanyProgramAlumniNetwork helped execute our grand closing event successfully. We are so proud of all the incredible young entrepreneurs who participated in this year's JA Company Program. Your hard work, dedication, and innovation inspire us all. Here's to a bright future filled with boundless possibilities! We look forward to another successful year in 2023-24! #EmpowermentThroughEntrepreneurship #BetterWorkingWorld #EY #juniorachievement #Eastwestbank #houstonchristianuniversity #bakerhughes #JAInMyDNA #COY24
