So proud of Cathy Ivey and grateful to have her on our IntelliBridge Technology and Innovation Group (TIG) leadership team. Cathy works tirelessly to help grow the business, keep our employees engaged in our TechBridge Communities of Practice (COPs), provide professional development and certification opportunities through our COPs, manage strategic technology vendor partnerships, and so much more. She doesn't hesitate to take on any task large or small and is not intimidated by the technical demands of those tasks. She sometimes anticipates the things that we need even before I ask for them. On top of all this, she took on this new and evolving role with one child going into elementary school and one still in diapers. Congratulations to the IntelliBridge Records Development, Security, and Operations (RDSO) FIRST Team, who received a Director’s Award from USCIS Director Ur M. Jaddou yesterday! The FOIA Application Programming Interface (API) Team, with Bhavesh Patel (FIRST ITPM) accepting, received the Cornerstone Award which recognizes superior achievement in strengthening mission critical infrastructure. The FOIA API team develops innovative solutions that allow high-volume FOIA filers to submit requests using their own case management software, while streamlining the intake process in the USCIS processing system, FIRST. Theimproved interface helps efficiently handle growing receipt volumes, leading to increased digital intake and significantly reducing the backlog.   This is the team’s second Director’s Award in two years.
