Cristal joined the GAP Solutions, Inc. team in April of this year as an SAP Service Desk Agent/Accounting Clerk III supporting the Custom & Border Protection’s Administration Systems Branch. In this role, Cristal will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving customer issues as well as tracking the completion of these requests to ensure they have been completed or redirected to the appropriate team(s) for further assistance. Prior to this role, Cristal worked as an Accounting Clerk III/Team Lead supporting the DTOPS (Revenue) team and was responsible for implementing strategies for her team to reach their objectives. A: “My favorite piece of advice I have ever received was from my 12th grade English teacher. He told us to remember that money comes and goes, but memories last forever so spend the money and go on an adventure!” Q: What was your first job?
