Leadership Update!    We're pleased to announce the promotion of Matthew Broad to the role of Chief Revenue Officer at Fortessa! With nearly 30 years of dedicated service, including 15 years as EVP of Commercial Food Service, Matt brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role. As Chief Revenue Officer, Matt will be responsible for all functions related to revenue and revenue generation. This will include leading three key areas of FTS: the Commercial Food Service team, the Consumer Products team, and the Marketing team. Additionally, Matt will be tasked with continuing to further develop the integration of Sales and Marketing within the Zwiesel Fortessa Group.   His comprehensive knowledge of our products, customers, and processes uniquely positions him to guide our strategy forward. In the words of Jeffrey Smith, CEO of Fortessa Tableware Solutions, "Matt has earned the confidence and respect from his colleagues at FTS.
