About us

Brody has been involved in the real estate business in Clallam County for over two decades. He originally started as an investor involved in building and developing, then became a broker in 2005. By 2006 he was in the top five in the county and since then, no one has sold more property on the Olympic Peninsula. Brody opened Keller Williams Olympic in 2020 to make available the technology and systems he was already using as a successful Keller Williams agent to other local agents. Today, Keller Williams Olympic remains #1 on the Olympic Peninsula by a huge margin in both sales and transaction volume. Brody originally joined Keller Williams as an agent out of his desire to find the simplest ways to grow his business big enough to support the life he wanted to live. Brody Broker's team has been #1 on the Olympic Peninsula since 2006 (ranked by Real Trends), and in 2020 his team was ranked by Keller Williams as the #4 team in all of Washington State by transaction sides, and the #5 team by volume. Much of the team's success and growth in the last two years comes from following Keller William's systems and models and taking advantage of the technology they offer.
