Have you seen what we've been cooking up along Pacific Highway in Dundee these past few months? 😏 We've been making big strides at NW Wines! We recently wrapped up pouring the floors in their massive new 48,100+ sqft production space right in the heart of Oregon's wine country. As we watch walls go up and everything start to take shape, we can't help but feel fired up! Keep an eye out as we continue transforming this space into a top-notch facility ready to produce some of Oregon's finest wines!

Field Friday... 👀 What has our team been up to lately? We've been restoring the iconic Oregon Pacific Building in downtown Portland! 🏗 From the late 1890s, this historic gem has witnessed decades of change. Now, with our dedicated efforts, we're preserving its architectural legacy, leaving some of its original features exposed for all to admire. If these walls could talk, oh the stories they would tell! Keep an eye out as we rejuvenate this downtown icon! Upon its completion, it will become the residence of 400, a vibrant live music venue. Anticipate immaculate speakeasy vibes... With our lineup of skilled subs and vendors collaborating on the space we're confident it will be nothing short of a showstopper!

We’re proud to unveil the renovated lobby and common areas in the Peterkort Centre 1 building in Beaverton—a true breath of fresh air! (Be sure to tap through to the end to see how this space looked prior to our renovation.) Floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows welcome visitors, flooding the space with natural light and creating an airy, invigorating atmosphere. The sky-inspired color palette of soft blues, whites, and grays adds to the serene ambiance. It feels natural, light, and uplifting. We have enjoyed a longstanding relationship with Cushman & Wakefield and the Peterkort buildings and are excited to continue enhancing their spaces. Working in occupied buildings requires special care, often involving unconventional hours and a high degree of flexibility—something our teams have gotten dialed in, to a T! This week, we're taking on a unique challenge by pouring concrete inside an already-built shell, soon to be the new Subaru dealership in Albany. With careful planning and precise execution, the area we'll be pouring is now prepped and ready! Room by room, this project is really coming together!
