I found a recent course by IBM called Enterprise Design Thinking to be very helpful. While aimed at product development or service improvement, the strategy can be used to brainstorm and converge on solutions for any collaborative process. My takeaway that can be used here as well is, listening to all views, writing them on paper, grouping similar views, find common ground. Another very important and effective tool is to understand the solution from the view of an end user. Look forward to apply these for my current and future roles!
