La reflexión es importante y debe ser parte de un pensamiento autocrítico. Me gusta pensar que debemos ser mejores como individuos para poder hacer mejor lo que hacemos. Por ello dentro del ámbito corporativo debe permitirse el crecimiento y desarrollo de las personas que integran el grupo, caso contrario se perderá el interés y el desánimo es un sentimiento contagioso y que debe ser evitado. Hay que instalar un entusiasmo que sea una fuerza propulsora de crecimiento personal y corporativo.
