Edits are made in real time line by line or datum by datum. Everyone is on board and in agreement before leaving the meeting. May seem tedious but the efficiency is there. No revisiting! And if analysts are present this ensures clarity and understanding!

En algún momento de mi carrera fui document controller, ello me llevó a apreciar la importancia de centralizar la información, controlarla y al mismo tiempo ponerla al alcance de los interesados de manera clara y confiable, más aún el manejo de cambios sin una plataforma de colaboración apropiada era muy complicado, el avance de las tecnologías han permitido trabajar simultáneamente de óptima manera en los distintos documentos de trabajo reduciendo así los tiempos de revisión y logrando mayores sinergias en los equipos, la plataforma de teams por ejemplo es muy sólida en este campo.
