For example, a business goal might be to maximize a non-core revenue, for instance through an advertisement. This could lead to decisions that prioritize showing our customers more ads, even if it disrupts their experience However, there are ways to achieve both user focus and business goals. We can focus on creating high-quality, targeted ads that are relevant to user needs and don't feel intrusive. Les technologies agile du développement sont assez adaptés à l'univers des télécommunications et de l'IT : tout y est standardisé, décrit en couche qui interagissent entre elles à travers des messages, des protocoles. Ainsi, on peut facilement mettre en place une approche agile au sein d'équipes de développement qui travaillent sur un domaine particulier avec toute l'approche Agile, product owner, scrum master, backlog, burnrate, iterations, etc... Il est beaucoup plus compliqué de déployer une approche programmatique agile globale et multi-sites.

I couldn't agree more with this statement. In the telecommunications industry it is advancing in giant steps and we must continually study and participate in events, seminars, courses, trainings, available documentation, without neglecting the most important thing, which is the needs of our clients (cellular operators, end users, suppliers, etc.) who they will allow us to better understand how to make that match between what is developed versus what is needed and been able to provide the best experience through products and services.

Therefore, we must further strengthen security technologies that allow consumers to use mobile services with confidence.
