Customers

Klaviyo Terms of Service – This is the governing agreement for customer’s use of our platform and services.

Data Processing Agreement – The DPA describes how Klaviyo processes personal data sent by customers through the platform and in connection with providing the services.

Klaviyo Agency Partner Program Agreement – This agreement governs the 
details about being an Agency Partner with Klaviyo, including any entitlements and restrictions you have being our Partner.

Partner DPA – This DPA describes the obligations Klaviyo and its Partners have as “controllers” of customer personal data.

Business Partner Code of Conduct – Klaviyo requires all of our business partners to comply with our code of conduct because we expect our partners to uphold the highest standards of conduct and to be aligned with our values.

Klaviyo Partner Program Agreement for Technology Partners – Klaviyo has many technology Partners to benefit our customers; this Agreement governs the obligations between Klaviyo and its technology Partners.
