IXL Service Privacy Policy
The Service Privacy Policy applies to providers of educational services, such as schools, school districts, or teachers that use IXL's services for educational purposes. IXL considers such Student Data to be strictly confidential. Our collection, use, and sharing of Student Data is governed by our agreements with the School and/or District. It is also governed by applicable laws and regulations including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act ("FERPA"), the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), and applicable state laws.
IXL Service Children's Privacy Policy
The Service Children's Privacy Policy applies to all child profiles associated with a Parent account. IXL does not permit children under the age of 13 to create an account and does not knowingly collect personally identifying information from children under the age of 13 without the consent and at the direction of a parent or guardian.
