Overall, I thought there were a lot of problems with the episode, but I still liked it quite a bit

We didn't see his cutie mark, so we don't know it's him

If only we saw him jump up a flight of stairs we'd be able to confirm it's him

And yeah, that episode was kind of weird, still really enjoyable though. I was kind of sad that Rarity and Applejack didn't get more time together, I thought them taking care of Discord would have been hilarious.

That was fantastic.

And it's just another clear swing in a different direction for the series. The humor is becoming ever more self-aware (the throwaway to Gummy, holy crap was that out of left field).

And they just made a blatant OC for Weird Al, but they completely embraced it so it enhanced the zaniness rather than feeling out of place.

It felt like a special rather than a regular episode to me. Partly to do with all the music, partly because they so strongly built it around the guest voice. The episode was meant to stand out much like the character himself.

I'm all caught up on pones now, Season 4 is indeed pretty great. Loved the Apple Family song in Epi 10(?) and that last episode was awesome. Felt longer than 20 minutes, so much in it and it didn't feel rushed.

The main problem I had with the episode was that it's exactly the plotline people are afraid of when they hear the name of the show.

That said, it did at least go out of its way to exaggerate the hell out of the cliche for humor. Rarity's freakout when she jumped in the mud was a fairly significant point of redemption for the episode overall

Still, one of the lesser entries in the season.

- Structure-wise, it's another 'Fluttershy needs more confidence' episode
- Ending rushed

Thing is, they did not take their studies seriously until they had their little kerfluffle there. Very little progress was made before they embarrassed themselves vs the VAST progress they made after it. At the rate they went in the weeks? after the incident Sweetie has really gotten better with magic and Apple Bloom is quite the budding alchemist.

8/10. It was a great episode, the breezies were good looking, one sounded like a small version of the Swedish Chef, and the moral was pretty good. My one complaint is the random transformation spell that came out of nowhere to solve everyone's problem. That really killed the mood for me.

Not sure about this ep

Thought it was pretty boring, with the most exciting part seeing the Doctor and Rose cameo

The breezies themselves were kind of weird, from their design to their sweedish accents

And I was not expecting

This to be a key episode. I don't know how I didn't see it coming now that I think about it

Moral was above average, but I don't watch for the lessons

Main Breezie was kinda okay, their overall design was not doing it for me though.

It's one of those episodes that made me think, "Okay, if I'm trying to get someone to understand why people enjoy this show, I'm definitely not going to be showing them this." Everything about it just felt saccharin and safe.

8/10, very good episode. Applejack was pretty annoying in it, but everything else in the episode made up for that. Great development for Applejack and some awesome designs towards the end.

Funny episode, though AJ was kind of excessive, but I guess that was the point.

Only two problems I had. Scoot shouting in the closet was dumb. And the moral was a bit confused. It seems like to establish independence, you should go out and do something incredibly stupid and dangerous.

Still an 8/10 though. The song fake out got a good chuckle out of me.
