How To Get Wrought Iron
Wrought Iron is a new crafting material added to Disney Dreamlight Valley as part of the Lucky Dragon update. It can be used to make gorgeous Paris-inspired furniture at a Crafting Station, and you can use this furniture to add some French flair to your Valley!
However, unlike other materials, Wrought Iron cannot be harvested, bought, or crafted. The only way to get Wrought Iron in Disney Dreamlight Valley is by completing daily cooking-related Quests for Remy. Each time you complete a Quest, Remy will give you 1-3 Wrought Iron, which you can then turn into furniture.
This guide covers how to unlock Remy's daily "Bon Appetit" series of Quests as well as what you can do with the Wrought Iron you earn from completing them.
How To Unlock Daily Bon Appetit Quests
Remy's Quest chain begins with a Quest simply called "Bon Appetit." In this Quest, Remy finds a Memory that reminds him that Chez Remy used to have a gorgeous outdoor seating area featuring Wrought Iron furniture. He can order Wrought Iron from Scrooge McDuck, but it's extremely expensive. So, to earn a bit of extra money, he sets up the Chez Remy Mobile Delivery service, where Villagers can order meals and have you deliver them.
To complete the first Bon Appetit Quest and unlock the daily rotating Delivery Quests, you will need to make and deliver the following:
- Any 5-Star Meal to Ariel
- Any Dessert to Belle
- Any dish made with Slush Ice to Elsa
- Any dish made with Fish to Nala
After making these deliveries, return to Remy to get your first reward of Wrought Iron.
How To Earn More Wrought Iron
Every day, Remy will have a new Bon Appetit Quest for you to accept. Completing the Quest will earn you 1-3 Wrought Iron in addition to some Star Coins. You can only accept one Bon Appetit Quest per day, and you will have to wait a day after completing each one to accept the next one.
Typically, a Bon Appetit Quest involves making 3-5 food items for a Villager, bringing it to them, and then returning to Remy for your Wrought Iron. Sometimes, you can also watch a scene showing what the Villager does with the food you brought them, such as Donald attempting to prove to Goofy that he is a great fisherman by giving him the Seafood Dishes you made.
Sometimes, a Bon Appetit Quest will instead involve helping Remy with a task related to the restaurant. These Quests typically involve crafting useful items such as Empty Vials at a Crafting Station.
