Intelligence Perks
The Intelligence stat is one of five attributes that you can upgrade in Cyberpunk 2077. Intelligence will determine your netrunning abilities. Players who select to upgrade this attribute will improve their proficiency with Smart Weapons, and allow you to unleash your full potential as a netrunner. It also enables you to access local subnets, and show off your knowledge of the Net in dialogues. Lastly, you'll also receive +1 Max RAM per 4 Attribute Points spent in the Intelligence perk tree.

Rookie Tier Perks - Level 4 Intelligence Required
