Ghostwire: Tokyo Review
good
With superb visual design and an incredibly well-realised rendition of Tokyo, Ghostwire gets a lot right, but just doesn't quite have the gameplay chops to push it over the top.

Absolutely stunning. The story, the characters, the world...it's all beautiful and full of depth. And there's a plethora of bonus content in addition to the main story. If you choose to dive deeply into the world and try to see everything there is to see, you will be rewarded. I loved completing all the side quests and finding every collectible. I also found the combat system incredibly fun and versatile. But more than anything, this game has such a strong emotional core. KK and Akito are fantastic characters, and the development of their bond over the course of the story tugged at my heart so strongly. It was such a beautiful relationship as they grew to understand and support each other. Overall, just a phenomenal game.

In yet another entry from Bethesda Softworks, Ghostwire Tokyo is a prime example of not being afraid to take influence from others. Namely Hexen and Dying Light. However, Ghostwire is in a class all it’s own. Fast paced combat featuring elemental powers conjoins with a compelling story for a truly immersive experience. Environments are beautifully designed too. Some definite charm is to be had from the numerous Japanese cultural curiosities here!

I enjoyed this game because I've never visited Tokyo, and this experience made it seem like I really was in modern-day Japan. The powers in this game are sick and super fun and fluid. There was never a dull moment in this game.

It's a good game with pretty graphics and intense combat but the overall story is lackluster and side content is kinda good and kinda bad depending how you like it. The story at the end is kinda sad ngl but nothing too memorable.
The spider's thread update however is very hard and intense at first but slowly with practice and memorization it becomes doable but pretty intense none the less
The last couple of achievement in spider's thread where you have to find all lost cats in randomized levels was a huge headache and not to mention clearing all 30 floors in 1 hit 1 kill mode without dying once in any level was very intense at first try but eventually it's still doable with practice and bit of luck of course.
Ultimately it's a good and recommended if anyone wants to feel a bit spooky or just want to play it during Halloween

Good game if you don't care about a deep story. The story is there, but is not the main focus of the game. If you enjoy the environment of tokyo and ghosts, then i think you will enjoy it

One of the best games I played (in my opinion) It has a good story and map, and the graphics and sound effects are very good.

Great orifinal title with a nice combat system. best played in HFR quality on a 60hz 4k tv. The story is unique and engaging. The open world has enough in it to keep you exploring and playing post story mode. Playing the in game music on shuffle while slaying ‘visitors’ makes you feel like untouchable.
The game is incredibly accurate to shibyua and its layout. If you are a japanese junkie like myself it is a must.
