I play the game on 2 computers and found out that the game don't seem to backup the file in the 'runs'

Can someone from gog or the product teams verify this ?

Guess not, but for me, for some reason run history gets downloaded to Slay the Spire\saves\runs, when the game looks for it in Slay the Spire\runs. Did you try moving it?
