On Tuesday, March 6, the Constitution Project will present a lunchtime
panel discussion in New York City on the U.S. Supreme Court’s landmark
decision in _United States v. Jones

all nine Justices concluded, in three separate opinions, that the
installation by the police of a GPS tracking device on a criminal
suspect’s SUV for 28 days constituted a search under the Fourth Amendment.
