The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) holds the 29th meeting of its Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights this month, where EFF will be advocating for user rights in relation to a proposed new Broadcasting Treaty, and possible new instruments on copyright limitations and exceptions for libraries and archives, and for educational uses.
