EFF's Shahid Buttar will participate in the tenth annual International Students for Liberty Conference, where he'll host a session exploring "Mass Surveillance: Defense, Offense, and Why Nothing Less than Democracy is at Stake." The conference will take place the weekend of February 17-19th at the Marriott Wardman Park in Washington, DC.
