The Electronic Frontier Foundation will attend Dragon Con, the 28-year-old science fiction and fantasy convention in downtown Atlanta, Georgia over Labor Day Weekend.
EFF will have table at the Hilton hotel (tentatively Table #7) and EFF Deputy General Counsel Kurt Opsahl and Media Relations Coordinator and Investigative Research Dave Maass will participate in a total of 11 panel discussion during the Dragon Con's Electronic Frontiers Forum track. EFF will also support screenings of Terms and Conditions May Apply, a documentary about Web site terms of service, and The Internet’s Own Boy, Brian Knappenberger’s 2014 documentary about the late Internet activist Aaron Swartz.
Join the Electronic Frontier Foundation, io9, and a coalition of fan groups over Labor Day weekend for Project Secret Identity, a cosplay photo campaign to raise awareness of how online anonymity and privacy are key to free expression.
