EFF Senior Staff Attorney Nate Cardozo will present on a panel titled “Balancing Privacy and Security Concerns in Cyber Investigations”

This panel will address the challenges facing law enforcement, the public, and internet and electronic service providers in an age where cyber threats continue to proliferate and individual privacy continues to erode. Is our current jurisprudence, statutory and constitutional law, up to the task of addressing the needs of law enforcement and national security agencies while protecting individual privacy?
