Hi, you have no idea how useful your YouTube channel has been to me. Your art is actually so amazing and it's inspired me a lot! Thank you so much and keep drawing awesome stuff!!
Gg. Was fun. - Goodbye.
Hey! Long time fan. I'm at Art Uni now and got back into watching your videos. Do you have any tips on selecting good shadow colours? I know you say to hue shift to the shadow colour (usually blue) and darken it but I seem to always pick not great colours for this.
Thanks!

What drawing program do you use? I've been trying different ones out and I'd love some recommendations if anyone has any
Probably Photoshop. (Checkout his YouTube channel: "Kienan Lafferty")
I've got a recommendation for you...Krita!
I've used Photoshop, GIMP, Clip Studio Paint Pro in the past but I have to say Krita gets the job done (for me) best.
If I were to rank them, GIMP would be last, followed by Photoshop in 3rd place, CSP 2nd and Krita would be 1st just slightly above CSP.
GIMP is free and open source but that's not why I ranked it last...it's similar to Photoshop in the sense that it's not primarily a tool for artists and Photoshop does what it does much better (in most cases) which is why it's last.
Krita and CSP are both tools for digital artists but I rank Krita above CSP because of the cool price tag of free and open-source (also the brushes it comes with are amazing). Otherwise, CSP would've been my first choice.
Another software, I've seen others talk about is Corel Painter...seems nice I guess. A relative of mine used CorelDraw in the past and were in love with it so it's something I might check out too who knows....I digress. Check out Krita...it's free and it's great, hope you'll love it like I do. :)
