The brainchild of designer Danial Aitouganov and stylist Imruh Asha, Paris label Zomer, which means ‘summer’ in Dutch, brings a sunny levity to the word of fashion. The two friends find an invigorating contrast between classic refinement and childlike joy, as seen in their debut runway presentation for Spring ’24, which offers sculptural forms of bright, painterly color crafted from upcycled materials.

Growing up in Monterrey, Mexico, within a family of art collectors, Heirlome co-founder Stephanie Suberville developed an early appreciation for craftsmanship and her country’s rich culture. Now based in New York, the Parsons grad, along with her husband Jeffrey Axford, create pieces that evoke an enduring elegance, blending their thoughtful approach to design with the bygone techniques of skilled artisans, with whom they collaborate each season.
