My integrative primary care physician recommended these to use together years ago as a one-two punch to my chronic sinusitis and seasonal allergies and I’ve been super pleased ever since!Plus I’ve gotten used to the spray bottle by just tilting my head while keeping the bottle vertical. I dont think its too pepperminty like some say. It actually feels like it coats your throat like a mild numbing spray for 1 minute that is neat and your brain is like "OH" thats interesting. I like this alot! I really think it helps. Before leaving the house, 1 spray in the back of the throat. Seems to help! So happy I found this!!!

I have tried simple peppermint breath spays before. So this was nothing new to me.

However, it's peppermint doesn't seem as strong as others, but it still did a great job. Since it is mild, the mint wears off quickly so you can eat soon and not have to worry about it tainting the flavor of food you eat after.

Most of my adult life I have had a cough, mostly from allergies. So all my life I have used mints or losenges. In the last few years I have used things like scope's mouth wash pocket spray. These have been used to loosen the cough.

And this spray has been highly effective at that. But Myco Shield really won over when after about 3-4 days, I woke up to lesser coughs. Waking this morning I only had a slight cough. I still keep using it as that would be stupid to stop when it is being affective.

I have even bought a bottle for my mom to try, it is on its way to her. I also told my sister to try it as both my mom and sister have simlar cough.

I might update this with their results later.

My naturopath suggested I take this to help fight an unknown virus my body seems to be fighting. I was having skin issues, sore throats without reason or any further production of that (you know you usually get a cold or flu with a sore throat, at least I do) for a number of weeks so it was suggested to find a product with reishi mushroom. Having no previous experience I didn't want to shell out a ton of money on capsules if it didn't sit well with me. On Amazon this product was $5 less than at Whole Foods so I took the time to wait for shipping and save the money.
It came as expected and well packaged. I started by taking after breakfast and after dinner. My sore throat is gone and I feel my body is a bit stronger. My skin issues are clearing up but still need some more time.
Now, the spray is quite pungent, it is like those Listerine strips, very strong and powerful so I would not recommend for small children as they would certainly not like the intense spicy feel that comes with it.
Having now added this to my herbal arsenal, I defiantly want to keep this on hand for cold and flu season for sure.
