Have been using Host Defense My Community capsules for years as immune booster when we are around people with colds or flu. Also use as preventative when traveling. And use as an immune boost if I feel the beginning of a cold. Very helpful to knock it out. With the corona virus at work, we bought this throat spray to use as an extra dose of these great mushroom products which can be sprayed directly into the throat. We use at night before bed, and after any social exposure such as a grocery store. Easy to use. Tastes great. Feels like additional support in these pandemic times.
