As I played this for the first time, it felt familiar and then it dawned on me it was like the city/zoo/farm etc. builders I first played on the Nintendo consoles years ago. Yes there's a few slight additions to the intro gameplay, but it's pretty much the same, even down to the regular alerts that (for example) crop up saying farmers are leaving or not happy or similar minor crises. Slightly different it might be but it's no single/ group role player (which is what I thought it was) open world, even though for fans of the above it's diverting enough.
