Reference Pricing and Savings

To help customers make informed purchasing decisions on Amazon.co.uk, items may display the following strikethrough prices for comparison purposes.

The Recommended Retail Price (RRP) is the suggested or recommended retail price of a product set by the manufacturer and provided by a manufacturer, supplier, or seller. Amazon will only display an RRP if the product price applied in Amazon.co.uk or by at least one retailer was at or above the RRP.

The One-Time Price refers to the current Featured Offer price for a one-time purchase of the item. You may see this displayed as a strike-through price for Subscribe & Save offers. If a Subscribe & Save discount is available the discount will be based on the One-Time price for the same item from the same seller, which may change with future Subscribe & Save orders of that item. If the product is on Deal, the deal's price only applies to the first Subscribe & Save delivery. Future Subscribe & Save deliveries could be charged differently based on the price of the product at that time.

The Was Price is the median selling price or "middle value" paid by customers for a product on Amazon.co.uk, excluding promotional prices. This means that 50% of customers purchased the product at a price below the Was Price and 50% at a price above the Was Price. For Amazon Fresh offers the Was Price is calculated as the median price offered for at least 7 days of the last 90 days.

The New Price is the current featured offer price of the same product in a new condition on Amazon.co.uk. It may be displayed as a strike-through price for used or refurbished products.

You may see additional savings information:

Lowest price in 30 Days means that the current price is lower than, or equal to, the lowest featured offer price for this item sold on Amazon.co.uk in the past 30 days.

To report a strike-through price issue, click on Report incorrect product information on the product detail page and select Other product details, and then select Price issue. Use the Comments section to include all details you consider relevant.

Note: Amazon cannot respond personally when you report a price issue, but you may see an onscreen confirmation message after submitting the form.
