You can find the same information much more quickly by visiting the “Get Help section of our website.  (Requests for direct financial assistance may be deleted without response.)
  • ACL does not have the authority to investigate suspected abuse or neglect or report it on your behalf. If you have been the victim of abuse, exploitation, or neglect – or you suspect someone else is being abused, exploited or neglected – help is available, but you must report the situation to your local authorities. Please call the police or 911 immediately if you suspect immediate, life-threatening danger.
