Anchor is a town in Temeria, about three days cart ride from Gors Velen.[1]

In late June 1267, the assassins Ralf Blunden, Heimo Kantor and Little Yaxa, who were hunting Yennefer and Ciri, stopped in at the local inn looking for information. After they learnt nothing, they were trapped and killed by the witcher Geralt of Rivia, who was waiting in the outside courtyard.[1]
