Getting to the Meeting Site
The closest major airport is Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (code:SEA).
Public Transportation: The office is conveniently located on King County Metro bus routes 26, 28, and 40 to/from Downtown.
Ridehailing/Taxi/Cabs: Uber and Lyft both operate freely in Seattle (I personally find these the best option.) Local taxi companies include Eastside for Hire (206 242-6200), Yellow Cab (206 622-6500), STITA (206 246-9999), and Far West Taxi (206 622-1717). Cab service in the area towards the end of the business day is sometimes delayed due to high amount of calls and traffic. Calling in advance is highly recommended. Google also recommends Frontline Towncars (206 778-0015).
Housing
Google doesn't have deals with local hotels that I know of, but there are a few hotels around, loads of AirBnBs (and downtown Seattle is not too far away). A lot of Googlers stay at the Staybridge Suites or the Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Downtown/Lake Union, which are relatively close by). Note that we do not have parking on-site for visitors, but there are pay lots close by.
