The Sweeper was one of Isaac Abrams' agents; he is a gruff messenger type figure. He greets you when you get to Hollywood and sends you to see Isaac. He is very persistent, and will continue to pester you until you've gone to talk with Issac, and offer your respects.

- Sweeper is not his name. It is his job title. In Anarch domains, such as Isaac's, a Sweeper is a census taker who keeps an eye on the vampire population.
