A week ago, we attended the Global Influencer Marketing Awards, celebrating an amazing achievement for both VaynerMedia EMEA and our client, Indeed. Our salary transparency campaign, featuring British influencer Aydan Al-Saad, was shortlisted for Most Effective Collaboration or Partnership. This is the first time we have been shortlisted for an influencer-focused award in EMEA. Sofia Mogliazzi, our Director of Talent Partnerships, EMEA, and Darragh McGinley, Head of Social Media, EMEA at Indeed, attended the beautiful ceremony here in London and spent the night celebrating this amazing accomplishment. In this campaign, we aimed to normalise typically taboo conversations about salary transparency, increase disclosure of salaries in job ad postings for UK job seekers, and get employers to recognise the benefit of this approach. We are proud that this campaign has reached millions of viewers and inspired and sparkled countless conversations across the UK.
