We explored the necessary strategies for harnessing its potential, balancing ethics and value creation with risk management, and the critical success factors for adoption and integration.   We also examined the emergence of Human Capital Partners working alongside Deal and Operating Partners to embed leadership and talent assessment into the value creation thesis of each deal, along with the upskilling required to thrive in a Gen AI-driven landscape.   A huge thank you to all attendees for their valuable contributions and insights. Over the last couple of weeks, our teams have celebrated a successful H1 and our seventeenth anniversary at our TBP summer party. Reflecting on the past six months, we are proud to share some remarkable achievements highlighting our continuous growth and commitment to excellence. Our NFI is up by 22% compared to 2022, a testament to our team's hard work and dedication. We achieved 10th position in this year's Recruiter Hot100 rankings, rising 27 places from last year. We were recognised in The Financial Times' Leading Management Consultants list for the third consecutive year. This accolade, compiled by The Financial Times and Statista, acknowledges premier Management Consulting firms and consulting networks based on independent recommendations from clients and industry peers, reaffirming our position as a leader in providing innovative talent solutions. We celebrated 9 promotions and welcomed 9 new faces across our teams in London and New York, strengthening our capability and reach. We were shortlisted in three categories at this year's Recruiter Awards: Best Client Service, Recruitment Agency of the Year (50-99 Employees), and Recruitment Industry Entrepreneur of the Year. Additionally, we were finalists in two prestigious categories at this year's APSCo Awards for Excellence: Recruitment Company of the Year (£10–50 million turnover) and Business Leader of the Year. A significant milestone this year was our inclusion in the NHS SBS Consultancy and Advisory Services for Health Framework (CASH SBS10197), selected for three significant lots: Business, Leadership, Management, Governance, Structure & Strategy; IT Business Consultancy; and Social Value, Sustainability, and Carbon Neutrality. This opportunity allows us to bring our expertise to the public sector, supporting the NHS's transformation. We pledged our support for our 2024 Charity Partner – Great Ormond Street Hospital. Our teams vote for our annual charity partnership, and we look forward to running several charitable initiatives throughout the year, including our annual Donate Your Day initiative. Last year, we collectively raised over £40,000, and this year, we're dedicated to raising even more.
