“Having extensive experience in UI/UX and Interaction design outside of the games industry, I expected to have to "prove my worth" as an outsider at Splash Damage. Not at all; they welcomed me like any other experienced game developer and put me on interesting and challenging features straight away. Beyond just the work, I've made friendships at this studio that will last me a lifetime, and the culture of working and playing with my friends makes this place so special to me.”

Announcing TRANSFORMERS: REACTIVATEOur Values
Splash Damage was born from competitive online games and we’ve carried that focus on respect and teamwork through to everything we do. Our five core values are at the heart of this, driving us to be the best that we can be and build each other up along the way. We Put the Team First. We Trust in Each Other. We Find Solutions. We Decide & Deliver. We Always Learn, Always Improve.
Our ValuesTwenty Years of Games
2022 is Splash Damage’s 21st year making games. We’ve loved working with established IPs like Wolfenstein, Gears of War, and Halo, but we’re eager to create another world of our own like Brink, Outcasters, and Dirty Bomb. That's why we're now creating our own worlds, with true ownership of all of our projects, including an original Sci-fi game built in Unreal Engine 5.
