HAPPY BIRTHDAY RACHEL!! ✨ Where to begin with Rachel, one of the Operation OG’s, Rachel epitomises KERV’s values to a T! From her random out of the blue facts about… well, random out of the blue stuff, to her multiple renditions of musicals and Taylor Swift - Rachel is the personality that keeps on giving in the operations team. We’ll be sad to see her go on her travels across the world but, we’re more than sure Rachel will be delivering more of her charmed patter and, let’s say ‘eclectic’ song selection to the international locals. Happy Birthday Rachel, we’ll miss you! (and Ben even more, being forced to say these nice things about you…)

Ops tackled the ultimate lunch today with bottomless meat and buffet at Fazenda! They all looking pretty stuffed as they returned to the office this afternoon! Celebrating an incredible start to the year, a cheeky get together and unfortunately the loss of two of our incredible ops members!! Rachel Hatley will be leaving after 3 years to go travelling around the world and Jacob Rhodes has finished his year long apprenticeship with us to go into a new exciting marketing role! But don’t worry! Keep your eyes peeled on this space we’ve got some exciting updates coming soon! Great work everyone keep it up and good luck to our leavers!

To acknowledge the incredible work of our top performers and operations team, we treated the team to a fun day out at Doncaster Races last Friday. While our bets might not have been spot-on, it was a fantastic opportunity to have a great day all together. We're hugely proud of our top performers for driving our strong financial year-start, and we're excited to see what the rest of the year brings with this collaborative spirit in full swing.

While the UK summer seems to be taking its time, we're reminiscing about an amazing trip we sent our top performers on! These superstars from across the group enjoyed a week of pure Spanish bliss in Alicante. It was a perfect mix of health and wellness training, relaxation, and some friendly team games. They absolutely loved it, and it meant the world to us to be able to reward them for their incredible work throughout the year. Here's to a motivated and well-rested team!
