Not a great first experience
Switched from Dashlane after it failed to work on Android 75% of the time. NordPass was easy to transfer my existing Dashlane passwords to, however, in several cases, the user id was replace with the email address. On the first 3 websites that I used, NordPass was not offering autofill. I contacted customer service and they offered a link to a help article, which they later admitted was out of date. On my 3rd contact to them they asked for my hardware, software, and browser details. This resulted is the suggestion that I re-install the Chrome extension (I'd only installed it a couple of weeks earlier as I was a new customer). When the help desk person tried to visit the sites where I was experiencing issues they stated, "[oh yes, it doesn't seem to be working on those sites]" - and still isn't. Effectiveness on Android is about 50%, though still better than Dashlane.
