Arhtur a great support

I had a small problem but the support was there within seconds to help me immediately.

I was particularly surprised by the support employee called “Arthur” I think it really didn't even take 1 minute to solve my problem.

I didn't even have to wait in a queue. He was also very polite and made a competent impression.

Thanks to Arhtur, I no longer have to worry.

uwaga na odnowienie subskrypcji - alert to danger

firma ma w zwyczaju pobieranie opłat za następny okres subskrypcji 2 tygodnie wcześniej - okazuje się że przy rezygnacji z ponownego korzystania z oprogramowania firma nie chce zwrócić pobranych pieniędzy. Rezygnacja z subskrypcji nie jest podstawą do niepobierania opłaty. Firma nie powiadamia o terminie że będzie pobierała opłatę - tłumaczy się regulaminem. wstydthe company is in the habit of charging for the next subscription period 2 weeks in advance - I am frightened because when cancelling to use the software again, the company does not want to refund the money charged. Cancellation of a subscription is not a release to not charge. The company does not notify the deadline that it will charge - they say that such is their terms of service. shame

Not a great first experience

Switched from Dashlane after it failed to work on Android 75% of the time. NordPass was easy to transfer my existing Dashlane passwords to, however, in several cases, the user id was replace with the email address. On the first 3 websites that I used, NordPass was not offering autofill. I contacted customer service and they offered a link to a help article, which they later admitted was out of date. On my 3rd contact to them they asked for my hardware, software, and browser details. This resulted is the suggestion that I re-install the Chrome extension (I'd only installed it a couple of weeks earlier as I was a new customer). When the help desk person tried to visit the sites where I was experiencing issues they stated, "[oh yes, it doesn't seem to be working on those sites]" - and still isn't. Effectiveness on Android is about 50%, though still better than Dashlane.

Best Password Manager I've Tried

Of the password managers I've tried, Norpass is easily the best. With LastPass, I got emails saying they had been breached at least four times in one year. I've never had such issues with NordPass. The browser extension and app also work well.

I rarely have to contact them, but if something isn't working, the customer service chat has always been able to fix the issue. My last issue was resolved easily, and the customer service reps were always very helpful. Benjamin was the last person to help me and was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Recommend!

The support is unbelievably good.

The password software is excellent and the various facilities (dark web search, password strength, etc) adds value. The support service is unbelievable. I had need for support and used the chat line. Triss answered within 30 seconds and resolved my problem within two minutes. Highly appreciated.

NordPass is a game changer!

NordPass has made working online so much easier.

Auto-fill usernames and passwords via the browser extensions and in-app has been a game changer… Not to mention the auto-generate crazy passwords feature.

Safely sharing passwords with my wife makes managing joint accounts a breeze.

Also love the data breech catcher. Gives me more peace of mind.

Their customer support has been getting better year over year. I just used their online help chat function and was assisted by a very knowledgeable Kingsley in navigating an upgrade to a family plan.

A great and convenient tool for our…

A great and convenient tool for our passwords though not all internet pages seem compatible with it at least on Firefox. The extension crashes at times and once I required the assistance of the technical support. Triss dealt with it promptly and efficiently, all companies should have such quick and friendly customer service teams

Excellent service.

I initially set up NordPass a couple of months ago, but never really used it. I wanted to start adding data today, and realised I couldn't for the life of me remember my master password, and I had neglected to create and download a recovery key.

As there was no data in it, a full account reset wasn't an issue for me. I contacted their support team, and was immediately helped by first Ava, and then Dante. Both were extremely helpful, friendly and polite. It was actually a pleasure dealing with them.

Denzel (Support advisor) really helped…

Denzel (Support advisor) really helped my out with a few bugs I was experiencing. Overall after using this service for a few months, I am really impressed with their security, confidentiality and responsiveness to support queries. Most companies in 2024 dont care about response times and let you suffer for 48-72 hours on ticket based systems. But advisors like Denzel helped my out instantaneously on the chat based support on their website - and offered clear and concise guidance to solving the issues. 10/10 service. Would highly recommend.

Excellent support from NordPass

I recently made the decision to change password managers from LastPass to NordPass. The changeover was fairly easy and NordPass seems to be exactly what I needed. That said, I have experienced a few issues and this is where I can truly state that the online support has been exceptionally strong. Today I chatted with Dante Sanchez for possibly the second time. Dante is professional, helpful, and patient. At the end of the day, he provided the assistance and support I needed and together we achieved a positive resolution to the issue. He represents NordPass in a very positive manner!

Very fast and competent Customer Support (Triss via WebsiteChat)

Im Using Nordpass for about 3 Years now, never had any unresolved problems.

I mixed up my Nordpass Account Email with the Apple Email i used to pay for a 12 Month plan and even though i paid i diddnt get the premium functions.

Once i realized i went to the NordPass Website and got help from the Chat function on the Website and a very friendly and competent Assistant named "Triss" helped me out very quickly. Even though the Images and Details i provided weren't in english the assistant resolved the issue in no time.

Absolutely brilliant customer support…

Absolutely brilliant customer support service (thank you Dante Sanchez). I was locked out from my account, and I tried their online chat support, and to my complete shock, a HUMAN actually answered within seconds (I swear this is the first time in many, many years I got to talk directly to a human from the get-go, no annoying bots asking idiotic questions). Then, he managed to sort out my issue within 5 minutes. This has been not only deeply appreciated but also damn refreshing!
