Thank you for your interest in volunteering with us! A4TE envisions a society where every trans person in the country can live joyfully, without barriers, and with freedom from disrespect, discrimination and violence. We're grateful we can count on your support.

As part of our volunteer process, we ask folks to join our Volunteer Action Network. We are actively seeking volunteers from diverse backgrounds and every corner of the country to join us in our mission toward achieving trans equality nationwide. There are both in-person and digital/remote opportunities to volunteer!

Join the Board

Board members play an important governance role within Advocates for Trans Equality that impacts our strategy and future growth. In partnership with the chief executive and senior leadership team, the Board role includes financial oversight, strategic direction, and assurance of legal compliance.
