Thor's Gauntlets, also known as Járngreipr, are enchanted gauntlets formerly owned by the Norse God of Thunder, Thor.
They are key to the plot of Tomb Raider: Underworld.

Whilst seeking Avalon, Lara inadvertently discovered the entrance to Niflheim in the Mediterranean sea, exploring the area, she discovers the first gauntlet, which she curiously put on Before getting a chance to find out what connection Norse myth had to Avalon, Lara is ambushed by Mercenaries, who knock her out, steal the gauntlet and seal her inside using explosives.

Powers[]
- Increased Strength: gauntlet's increase the wearer's strength, allowing them to lift several times their own weight with ease, although individually their power is limited and requires charging.
- Wielding Mjölnir: Both gauntlets are needed along with Thor's Belt in order to lift Thor's legendary Hammer, Mjölnir.
