Sheila is Dr. James Whitman's ex-wife and mother of his two children. Reasons behind the divorce is implied to be cheating on Whitman's part - with an unnamed 22 year old. Sheila tells Whitman that he can have the house and she takes the bank account and everything else they own.

Sheila is shown to be a smart and savy woman, with great lawyers. She seems hostile towards her ex-husband.

- Shiela has been mentioned outside of the comic. In one of Whitman's documents in Tomb Raider, he is begging her not to go through with the divorce, because he has been onto something - that being Yamatai. It is unknown if Sheila listened to her now deceased husband.
