CDE Entertainment Ltd. under the name of Square Enix Newco Limited was a newly created subsidiary of Square Enix in London, just before Square Enix sold some of its catalogue to Embracer Group[1]. With the sell the company changed it's name to CDE Entertainment Ltd. and is listed as the publisher for Tomb Raider Reloaded.[2]
CDE Entertainment encompasses two studios Crystal Dynamics, along with its divisions: Crystal Northwest and Crystal Southwest; and Eidos-Montréal with its division Eidos-Sherbrooke.[3]
