It has brought to our attention the use of "Nick's Fonts" may not be compatible with the current WordPress guidelines and compatible font licenses.
Please see: http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Review#GPL-Compatible_Font_Licenses
This issue should be addressed as soon as possible. Thanks.

Hi,
Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
I'm a little confused though. I picked up this font from Font Squirrel with an @font-face kit.

Can you clarify where I misunderstood the licenses if I can't use this one?
Thanks!

@nudge - The license you included appears to be more what the font author's intent is but not a specifically stated license as noted on the link I provided.
Fonts bundled with Themes submitted to the WordPress Theme directory are required to be licensed under one of the following font licenses ...
The font you bundled does not explicitly state being licensed under one of the licenses listed that are considered compatible.
Perhaps you could contact the font author and ask if they would be willing to choose a GPL-compatible license to be used with the fonts.
