Hello @interservernet-web-hosting

Note: Respond within 7 days, otherwise theme will marked as not approved.

Please Fix these issues:

  1. Design conflict when scrolling down on some page. Simply check 404 page for this issue.
  2. Check style.css Line 1616
  3. Footer Copyright - Any copyright statements on the front end should display the user’s copyright, not the theme author’s copyright. See: ​https://make.wordpress.org/themes/handbook/review/required/#licensing
  4. Theme URI used in readme.txt but not in style.css, can you say something about it.
  5. I found that theme is completely a clone of ​Interserver Blog theme. It would be better to make a child theme instead of making clone.

​Cloning of design is not acceptable. For changing some designs, colors, fonts or functions related issues it is better to make a Child theme and submit it here, or if you think that this theme is not a copy of your previous theme that I mentioned above then tell me how it is different from them.

Mistakenly, You just uploaded a new theme. Please see my #comment:9 again.
A child theme must have Template: parent_theme_name in style.css to function as a child theme. The Template line corresponds to the directory name of the parent theme. See Codex: ​How to Create a Child Theme

A good documentation on ​Developing a Child Themes. Read it carefully.
