Missing copyright for the theme itself, example: Copyright Nudge Themes 2015

This license is not GPL compatible, the image will need to be replaced:
SimpleLicense: ​https://creativemarket.com/licenses/simple

Include all scripts and resources it uses rather than hot-linking.
In start-page.php, please don't hot link the images in the documentation.

All untrusted data should be escaped before output.
In header.php, please escape $intro_text_box.

I was unable to find a license for your commercial themes. Theme shops should be selling under GPL to be in the WordPress.org repo.

Hi!

Thanks for the review.

All points have been addressed with the new uploaded version except one. The image screenshot.

The images do fall under a license which allows me to use them in a screenshot. I double checked with Creative Market and they confirm this. Since I am not distributing the image itself, this falls well within their license.

@nudge Unfortunately, the license referenced by Creative Market is not compatible with the GPL, and therefore cannot be used in our directory, even in a screenshot.

You will need to pick a new image, which is available under a GPL-compatible license. Note that per recent changes by Creative Commons, any images available under the CC-BY 4.0 license are compatible. CC-BY-SA 4.0 licenses are compatible with the GPLv3, but since your license is the GPLv2, you cannot use them either.

We're sorry for the hard-line stance on this, but we respect other people's licenses since we expect them to respect our own licenses here for software hosted by WordPress.org.
