1. Provide a ​unique prefix for everything the Theme defines in the public namespace, including options, functions, global variables, constants, post meta, wp_enqueue_script/style handle names, add_image_size names, wp_script_add_data keys, slugs/ids for new categories created with register_block_pattern_category etc. Theme nav menu locations and sidebar IDs are exceptions.
   • functions.php:L46,100,107 and so on
   • header.js, global scope variables

2. readme.txt
   • missing license information
     • icons used in the screenshot
     • Outfit-Variable.woff2
     • images/*.svg

3. Your site needs to state explicitly that the products you’re selling/distributing (free and paid) are GPL compatible. It needs to be in an easy-to-find place for the reviewer and customers

1. Because Google Material Icons is Apache licensed, your theme needs to be GPL v3. Please read ​https://www.apache.org/licenses/GPL-compatibility.html
2. header.js the variables/functions on lines 7, 10, 13, 32, and 33 need to be prefixed, they are in the global scope.
3. functions.php, lines 100, 107, 114, 121, and 128 need to be prefixed. E.g: powder-studio-content

@acosmin I have items #1 and #2 ready to push up for review, but wanted to ask about #3. It appears that the TwentyTwentyFour theme does not prefix pattern categories, and a few other themes that have been recently added also do not do this. Can you confirm if this is necessary? I'd like to get the theme up as soon as possible.

You run into the issue of plugins overwriting your patterns. Adding a prefix will not cause any issues for you.
