Hello @alexandrebuffet
Fix the below issues and resubmit your theme again.

• Theme URI is invalid. It has dummy data. It should have the information about the theme or you can remove theme URI from style.css header.
• Illustrations from unknown author. Public Domain. Via Wikimedia Commons. - You should provide the valid license URL of the theme. Follow the below pattern.

Thanks again @kafleg. About license, I use illustrations from Wikimedia Commons in public domain. How should I provide license then? Does this pattern right?

Would you please provide the license link of ​https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/
I need to check if that resource is full GPL compatible or not.

I recommend you to use the images from ​http://wordpress.org/photos

All the images here are fully GPL compatible.

I don't quite understand why it wouldn't be compatible with the GNU GPL v2 as mentioned here : ​https://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.en.html#PublicDomain.

The two illustrations used for the Oscura theme identity are in the Public Domain. I don't think there is any need to add a license link. Eventually this one : ​https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/mark/1.0/deed.en? For example, arts used in Twenty Twenty-One theme: https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/browser/twentytwentyone/1.5/readme.txt.
