About

The Brooklyn Strategist is a community-based game center. It is a place to play, learn, think creatively, socialize and strategize against an opponent or with team members.

We have a huge inventory of over 500 unique board and card games and table sizes to accommodate games for 2 players up to 8. Examples of different game genres in our library include Ancient and Modern Strategy Games, Adventure Games, Family/Parlor/Party Games, Military/Historical Games, Mystery Games, Sports Games, Word Games, Card Games and Role Playing and Miniature Games. There are no computer or digital games of any kind.

We offer a home for both game lovers & new players. Check out our calendar for regularly scheduled events, leagues and tournaments. We can teach you a new game, host you and your friends for a regular game night, provide a fun place for date night, help you meet up with like-minded players and immerse you in strategic game play at every level and interest every day of the week.

For children and families, we offer after school programs, camps, weekend classes and walk-in play. The basis of our program is called “Making connections: Cells that fire together, wire together.” Knowledge and strategy don’t occur in a vacuum but occur within a social environment. We provide an enriched learning environment that is conducive to solving novel problems and mediating social interaction.
